The best thing I've ever done for indexing backlinks is sending trackbacks to an autoappovelist to the backlinks i want indexed. I've gotten very good results within 2 weeks with this method. Also: YSE is dead so use a different tool like open site explorer or majestic

This is a perfect bullshit, pardon my french. Nofollow affects only PR and linkweight passage. In no way it blocks SE crawlers from follow these links. For indexing nofollow links are great, for PR building - useless. That's all.
