Any problems with theeyesofaking.com?

So, I registered this domain theeyesofaking.com a couple of months back. Actually it is the title of a novel (The Eyes of A King) written by a teenager called Catherine Banner, who was compared to JK Rowling (though it is a bit extreme) right after the release of her first book of the supposed trilogy. The book was published by Random house and the author has a multi-book publishing contract deal with the company.

Now if I monetize this domain or sell it, will I have to face any legal problems? Since it involves Random house publications I think I'd better drop this domain. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I'm not a lawyer, but I assume they'd have to send you a cease-and-desist before anything else. You might want to talk to a lawyer. I imagine if you sold it, someone would have to go after them, not you if a legal problem arose.

I'd sell it just because people would read it "The Eye So Faking" :) At least that's what I first read.
