The job could be done in Illustrator too.

That's no small undertaking though. There's a lot of data to manipulate and lay out right. You also need someone with good illustration skills for all the little cartoon images. There's 9 images there to draw and revise if need be for example.

I'd say 2 days of work minimum, maybe 3 to get it perfect. I'm up to my eyeballs with work but I can PM you an offer if you aren't in a huge rush.
