Adbrite won't allow adult content, but their adult affiliate AVNads.com will.

They have told me though that they require "sufficient amounts" of content and a "certain number of daily visitors" before the ads will show however.

Also, there are ways to change the banners and landing pages to be only PG content that fit within the guidelines of Google Adsense terms.

I would recommend adultfriendfinder, adengage and avnads. They are the only ones I have heard of so far. I don't do anything to do with porn so there may be better ones out there.
