Any Good Tutorials On Ripping LPs For Windows?

I need to learn how to rip competitors' lps and put them on my own server. I tried using HTTrack in the past as recommended on Dr. Ngo's blog but I couldn't seem to make it work. After searching around I also can't find any videos about how to use any type of software to rip LPs. Any suggestions?
