Any dictionary/enclyclopedia databases out there?

Any files out there that have the words in the dictionary, or something that has a ton of encyclopedia topics in it (ie- a text file of every wikipedia topic - just the topic, not the actual information)?

Wikipedia actually offers a list of their topics in SQL or XML format. I've used it before for niche research.
