Any Aussies here promote pharmaceuticals? got any legal advice for me?

I currently only promote herbals, now I want to get into pharma, I'll be targeting Australian traffic first, any other Aussies here promote this shit or anyone for that matter, got any advice to not end up in teh jailz with bubba.

I'll only be promoting non-controlled, but still....

Any and all advice appreciated & if you want to throw some good affiliate programs (for Australian traffic preferably) my way, I'll sign up under you.

Seriously though, do you remember the Travacalm fiasco a couple years ago? Non-prescribed meds are under MUCH harsher restrictions for promotions now because of that snafu.

I currently work with a program called Rx-Commission. I have pretty decent traffic flow from within Australia, however, they are not my only targeted niche I work with.

The program pays very well. A week below 6k is a slow week for me and I have transferred all my traffic to them some time ago.

I like that they're steady with payments and don't fool around with my money.

Oh ya FYI... they have raised commissions for all non-controlled products for the month of August!!!

Do you find that Aussies get their product thru ok without customs fucking with them?

I'm talking Generic viagra, cialis, levitra etc etc.
