Any advice for CPM advertising?

I'm trying CPM out on a few reputable sites that charge decent CPM rates. How is the response like, and is it suitable for revenue generation?

aim me yoink. We do some CPM. I think the key if figuring out demographics of those sites and then finding offers that convert on that general demographic.

smaxor is right, but i'd add that figuring out the offer that works by rotating a bunch works very well and finds your winners quickly...
