Another Newbie Introduction: Andy

Hello everyone! my name is Andy. I've been a direct marketing manager for the past 5 years in the home improvement industry. Just recently in the last two years I've been introduced to the world of internet marketing.

I want to start an online affiliate marketing business and eventually an online marketing business.

I figure learning the ropes is the best place to start.

I do have modest but above average web knowledge and feel this is a good avenue for it's use.

I love marketing, I love the internet, I love creating, and I love selling. So.... this would be a dream come true.

So.... can you guys point me in the right starting direction??? any books, sites, advice for a Newbie??

3. Keep searching and reading.
4. Get an idea.
5. Execute the idea.
6. Figure out why it failed.
7. Rinse & repeat.

Thanks for the quick feedback! yea... spending lots of time on the web. Right now I'm trying to swim through the REAL advice and the people just trying to be affiliats on their own advice hahahaha.
