verizon has good voice service across most of the US. it kinda sucks but i can see how some people use way more resources than they pay for. they're trying to adapt for future changes in the mobile marketplace. eventually more smartphones will be able to process data, not just blackberries/iphones/palms etc. it is kinda fucked up but i can see their point of view as well.
