They seem to be a pretty agressive bunch. I remember they held an SEO contest some time ago, then after getting the thousands of links to ambatch.com, they turned it into a social site where memebrs can put links to uploaded videos on Youtube. Then all adsense income from the page your video is in, gets split between the user and their company.

I think their Adsense account got banned in no time. I imagine people did nothing but click on the ads on their own video pages.
 
They're one of the world's best publishers and traffic managers.

They get sites to Alexa 500 in a whim and maintain their positions above 5,000 easily. I know because i've seen it with 2 test domains. The man behind it is genius.
 
yeaa it seemed kinda genuis... take high rated videos from you tube upload them to your account put adsense on there and bamm $$$ but when i tried 2 sign up all it did was take me to there confrence page werid stuff.....
 
It's not about posting videos actually........

There's alot of youtube scraper sites out there. It's the way they bring the traffic in and at such a rate. Their employees got to earn at least 5kUSD per month in adsense/ypn in a 1 month probation in order to stay in the team. Training provided of course.
