I just know today that those celeb claims are false. Isn't that considered customer deception (dunno what's it called) and enough to get FTC to do sth?

You're saying you just figured that out today? Wow.

As for Amanda, Becky, Laura, etc., I think they had a pretty fair warning. Anyone know for sure this lawsuit is different from the one Advaliant was involved in?

The Kardashian ads are still running on myspace and now Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Aniston and Lauren Conrad have been added to the mix.

Eva Longoria has made it to a couple of sites as well...

What about those running the campaign that make no mention of celebrities in ads or content? Anything wrong there?

those ads are all over fb and it seems like kardashian is the only one being proactive in getting her 'endorsements' off website.

Well, as it turns out, Advaliant never had to pay the $250k afterall. So all I know is that the only person you don't want to fuck with has always been and will always be Oprah Winfrey. Tack her pic or name onto something and you're as good as dead.

But the conversions/clicks are insane, so its a chance a lot of guys are willing to take it seems.

lol the whole product is a scam ... from the advertising to the rebill.

but people got money + got paid!
most of those companies seem to shave quite a bit too. a signup rate that doesn't ever fluctuate is hard to believe.
