AltusHost - anyone heard of or is using?

I like that they run LiteSpeed instead of Apache as web server, prices for budget-shared are fantastic (starts at $15/YEAR) and they are under Belize law, servers in Netherlands, i.e. offshore host. They even have this page:

On the other hand, searching for "AltusHost" brings a lot of complaints about spam coming from them and other negative stuff. Would I have to be worried about being "in a bad IP neighborhood" if I tried to get my pages to rank?

Anyone using their service? If so, what's your experience? Downtime? Lag from servers being overseas? Their reaction to copyright complaints?
 


I've used AltusHost. Speeds are quite fast, but there was quite a bit of down time and a lot of errors popping up, so I got out of there. You could have a better experience now, there very lenient.
