Looking for alternitives to cj. Specifically ones that I don't have to sign up with each merchant. All help is appreciated.

Linkshare is the big alternative in the US, you still have to join each merchant manually. Oh and deal with the complete cunts that are affiliate managers @ Linkshare/CJ before you can even get close to talking to the merchant. So be prepared to accept shit terms until you can provably send some real volume to anyone.
 
Honestly not sure specifically what you're asking for. Most of the cpa networks like copeac, cpaempire or my network all just allow you to promote once you're in. But that said depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking to do retail with product feeds then most of those guys have to approve you for offers before you can run them. With a linkshare or cj you don't really have to get approved to get in. But have to get approved by every advertiser. With a CPA network you only get approved getting in, then the worlds your oyster.
