Alternatives for Text Link Brokers?

I've been using Text Link Brokers for a couple of months now for a client of mine and haven't been thrilled with the results, or the price.

What are the best alternatives these days?

I've tried Sponsored Reviews with mixed results. How is LinkAdage?

I'm looking for as high quality as possible.

you can buy links also on fiverr.com but I suggest honestly
go to elance.com and out of 30 links suppliers there you will find just 2 that are really quality... do the homework well and you will find those 2
