Any of you adwords publishers ever get refunds from publisher sites?

As a publisher with many questionable paycuts and eventual banning, this leak wouldn't surprise me much but it does sound overly evil a bit.

Luckily, the adsense team response at the bottom of the article states that they refund money to the advertisers when the ban publishers... So, any of you guys ever get money refunded through adwords from publisher sites?

Fck!! no wonder this happened to me. Had several K held back..but the more important thing was my rev was reduced to nearly nothing after I got banned. Anyone know if there's a suit coming?
