It looks like an effect. Something about it reminded me of that presidential dance-off video. Pay attention to the space around the top of her head. Especially in front of the lampshade.

Even though people mentioned in the comments that it wasnt the girl herself that posted the video, the fact remains that she still created the video and at the very least gave it to someone who did post it.

If you really really really dont want something to end up on the net in this day and age, fucking destroy it, or at the very least, dont give it out to other people assuming they will keep it safe. If anyone is to blame for us laughing at the deformed chick its the people she gave it to.

Btw, I laughed, I thought it was funny, eat shit.
