Affiliate Networks that allow you to post from your own landing pages

Can you guys name off networks that you know will allow you to build your own landing pages with the form on YOUR page (like for an e-mail, or zip submit, or a short form) and then post it to the network's submit page?

I really appreciate any contributions.

There isn't any out there that I know of that allow those things mentioned. You're going to see most whitelabel opportunities as leads like payday, mortgage, etc or you could always run feed sites from shareasale or CJ. But as for whitelabel zip submits it's not going to happen unless you're a pretty big cat.

I guess I'm a big cat. I don't know what kind of volume my peers are pushing.

I sent an e-mail over to Mike at Copeac to see if we could work something out.

I'm not necessarily looking for only zip submits, I was just using that as an example.

I think you have done the right thing in asking the networks. Some of them may allow it and then others may not. I think they most probably will not, but I have never really asked or been asked about this myself.
