Congrats on 100 posts!
I agree Revenews is a must read for affiliates, but I don't think it's as well suited to n00bs as it is to more advanced affiliates and pros. The info presented there is pretty high level and I think everyone that's serious about the biz should read Revenews daily.
Other good affiliate blogs...
I think many times affiliates can learn as much or more from each other than they can from the gurus. At 5 Star I syndicate all the top affiliate blogs, including Jons. Many of the blogs at 5 Star are written by other affiliates that are generous enough to share their tips. Another good one that I have not syndicated yet but plan to is Superaff.com
