We are expanding our affiliate program and looking for a Affiliate Online Marketing Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for handing our online AsSeenOnTV campaigns. This position requires a strong customer service background with comprehensive understanding of affiliate marketing, the strategy and the relationships involved in successful affiliate campaigns.

Position Responsibilities:
-Track ROI & profitability of marketing campaigns and make strategic decisions as needed
-Continue to build affiliate advertiser portfolio working with the internal sales team, personal contacts, and strategic platform relationships
-Foster existing portfolio publisher and platform agency relationships.
-Manage a team of analysts to assist with the responsibilities for affiliate marketing

Requirements:
3+ Years of Relevant Experience
Smart, Energetic, Detail-Oriented and Analytical
Considerate, Encouraging and Motivating Employee Manager
Strong Problem Solving Ability
Ability to be Self-Directed and Self-Motivated
Proficient in Excel
Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing, platforms, and strategy
Good Interpersonal Skills. Client Interaction Experience required
Bachelor’s Degree Required
