AM noob here, is it considered bad to have the affiliate code present in links? (as opposed to disguising them with something like phpbay) does the general public not check links they click?
also, is it bad when customers click affiliate links and they land on the affiliate page? would it be better to keep them on your site with something like frames (or something better that's not so 2001)
