I just finished setting up the last details on my site affexpert.com . What I am trying to do here is to code the best tools for affiliate marketers.

Right now there are 14 tools divided into two categories. CPV tools and PPC tools.

I am working also to create self hosted tools that you can download.

Since the site is new probably there are bugs to be fixed and improvements to be made I will leave it open for free access during it's beta stage.

I would like your input on the tools and suggestions that you might have for the current tools or new ones you would like to see.

Keep 'em coming

lol you totally ripped off Affportal. At least change the name/design a little more. What a joke.

Winghouse ripped off Hooters and did it better. Lowes ripped off Home Depot and did it somewhat better. People rip landing pages all the time (fuckers) sometimes and make it better. It's the nature of the beast.

What's new about these tools that isn't found for free on a zillion other sites? I'm interested but that's the hook

@stussy5555
I have not even set up an autoresponder. I require email activation just to prevent automatic bot signup. So don't worry , I wont spam you will the latest magic bullet offer

@13tomriddle13
It's for people like you that I decided to open it for free. Did you even check out the tools before posting? Here are some of the differences between our tools since you are too lazy to check yourself :

I am planning to give free self hosted tools to the members when the site will get out of beta. Right now I have a weighted url rotator that integrates with prosper.

@kh1 @kingfish
I will post later a review of the most important tools and what they do

Ok as promised I am going to explain the most important tools and how you can benefit from them

Url scraper - As you can expect, it scrapes urls from google , google ads , yahoo and msn . Now , how is this different from all the scrapers out there? Simple , it gets the alexa and quantcast rank for each url and you can sort these urls by their rank. Why do you need it? By sorting by rank , you can spot the urls that will bring you most of the traffic. So you can focus on these urls and filter the ones that are not targetted enough . Also by rank sorting, often you can spot unrelated urls like ebay.com or wikipedia.com that could easily drain your budget.

Related Domains Finder - Automate entirely the process of getting similiar domains from alexa and quantcast. For those who have ever done it by hand know how much of a pain in the ass it can be. So , let's say you wanted to gather similiar domains of xbox.com , ps3.com and wii.com. You had to go to quantcast , enter the domain , copy the related domains it gives you one by one (yeah they can't be copied all at once directly , you have to remove the affinity number manually ). Then go to alexa and do the same thing. All this process repeated for every domain you have. With this tools you just enter a list of domains , select alexa and quantcast checkboxes and you are done!

Query Generator - Pay less when bidding on keywords. How can you do this? I'll explain it briefly. On most cpv networks , your ad (lp) is triggered when someone searches your keyword in a search engine. So if you bidded on the keyword "free ps3" ,your ad would be triggered when someone visits these urls (90% of the times) :
free ps3 - Google Search
free ps3 - Yahoo! Search Results
free ps3 - Bing
This tool automates the process of generating these urls. I will soon add other search engines so you get every bit of traffic.

Domain Expander - Pay less when bidding on domains on cpv networks. Since most people use google for finding urls to bid on their campaigns odds are many people are going to bid on the same domain . This means higher bid prices for everyone. Let's say all people are bidding on victoriassecret.com to promote a shitty victoria email submit. By using this tool you can get "inside urls" of the victoriassecret.com domain and 90% of times pay less per view. Also I have added a nice function to get targeted urls from big sites like ebay or amazon . Test yourself to see

Top 1 Million Domain Explorer - Find relevant domains for your cpv campaigns by browsing alexa and quantcast database. Most probably , if a site isn't in alexa's or quantcast's top 1 million it will hardly bring any traffic. This tool makes it easier to find such domains that have your keywords in their domain name. Just enter your keywords and it will come with a list of the matched domains from which you can choose the ones you need.

Competition Spy - Want to have a quick look at your competitor ads accross google , yahoo and bing simultaneously? This tools displays such ads in an easy to read table. Also it can scan for ads up to three pages deep on each search engine. So instead of going manually to each engine , typing your query , browsing the first three pages , paste them to excel you can have all the ads in an easy to read format.

Now these are only a fraction of the tools . I am too lazy to explain all the others in detail . You can log in the site and read the short description or watch the videos for each one.

P.S Let me know what other tools would you like to see. I am actively developing new ones to make this site the best of it's type.

got an error on the related domin finder

Fetcher quantcast cURL error number:22

cURL error:The requested URL returned error: 404

@gdubs12345
I am not getting this error. Most probably lots of people were scrapping quantcast simultaneously so it gave that error

So , no one has any ideas on tools to add? Ideas to improve the current tools? Let me know

My best advice if you want a compelling product is to REALLY think out of the box. When I work on tools for myself I'm trying to create stuff that I can't buy elsewhere. To be honest, from your descriptions most of this stuff is available already and its free. Its good to have them in your toolset since your competition has this stuff, but you need to really differentiate yourself in this space.

One problem you're going to have asking for suggestions is people don't want all of their competition having all the same tools they do. So they sure aren't going to publicly suggest things they want, they are going to go pay some indian to build it. Think outside the box, don't make it immediately clear how you are doing what you are doing on the backend, and then you have something compelling. Thats what I would do if I was selling something like this, I would have some proprietary fucking algorithms that seem like magic and that aren't easy to replicate but are extremely valuable to my customers. You give people stuff like that and you can charge a lot more AND they want you to so that not everyone has it.

The tool looks good, not to jack your thread, I made something like this with a lot of different features. I'm not sure how much I should sell it for and was debating whether to release the thing as self hosted.
