I've been trying to catch Google on live chat, but they never seem to be online.

I think they don't offer international "live" support anymore.

Send an email. They'll usually respond within 24-48 hours. What's the problem, I hope not GEO targeting? If so, switch back to the old interface.

Actually for most problems (as long as they are not Financial), switch back to the old interface.

Tried ringing them directly today in Australia and I cant get through, all options direct to a message saying please go online for more assistance.

Yeah live chat support for non-US advertisers is no more. It was the only somewhat decent way to communicate with them.

Dunno about their US number, but when I call their UK or IRL ones I get redirected to a dialtone.
