So my acccount got banned, the same with a couple of people I was working with. And there's one person who's account I have shared access to that hasn't been banned, which strangely enough I logged in from the same computer.

The only thing about it is that I use a wireless card to connect to the internet, I wanted to ask if there's anything different about the way these cards work (is it a public ip that google couldn't ban) or should I stop using it completely and get another one to salvage that account?

Any help on this issue would be appreciated. Getting banned from google is so much bs btw (specially when you're running legit shit and it's for the stupidiest reason), my whole business is fucked aparently. (If you guys have a solution on how to get around that you could pm me I would appreciate it).

A couple of these people are considering getting day jobs, which is fucked, so any help is much appreciated.
 


To think I was gonna quit my day job to do this shit full time on Jan 1st. It just goes to show that you can't rely on big G as they can and will fuck you over in a second. It's also a harsh reminder to diversify your traffic sources, and that we're to blame when something like this happens.
 
surprisingly no it wasn't acai, although i did ran it a while back.

I don't understand one thing though, if someone with my same name starts an account, even with a different address and billing info, do they get banned too? How would google know?

so what got you banned? surely you know what you were doing that got your account shutdown. running shit campaigns? multiple accounts? bad cc? lotsa slaps?
 
I got banned because someone I know used my name to create a new account and racked up a pretty large bill. I haven't been able to get a hold of that person and google won't reinstate my accounts until I pay that bill, which I can't even pay because I have no access to that account.

I'm talking to google about it already, just wondering cause a few people close to me got screwed pretty bad on this so im trying to find a solution.
 
Same names won't get you banned. If that was true then every Bob Smith would have the same gripe you have now.
Something else linked you to that other person. IPs, same hosting account, same domain account on namecheap, sharing the same username on a forum using analytics possibly.

namecheap shares domain account information with Google?

Where you and your friend promoting the same niche? If so, google may think you were the effectively the same person, double serving ads, which is against the TOS. I've seen that a lot. NEVER log into two different adwords accounts from the same IP or computer unless you're doing it though an MCC
