How can I change with the Adword Editor the keyword position.
Now they are in 3-8 positions and I want to make in 1-2.

You only have first page estimates now, in Adwords Editor. Raise the bids after referring to the Adwords Keyword Tool to get approximate bid values for positions 1-3.
On the Adword "site" they have an option called "Position preferences"
with that you can say to Google which Position you prefer your Keyword to be in.
Is there something that control this in the Adword editor?
I've already Done it manually in one of my campaigns and i want to correct this with the "Position preferences" and not by Raising bids.

You wanted to set position preferences using Adwords Editor. And I already told you that it is NOT possible using Adwords Editor.
If you are using the web interface: just because you set a position preference of 1, Google will not show your ads, if your bid price is only good enough for, say, position 7. You need to adjust your bid price.
