Hi Fellas

I've been trawling the site here for a while, thought I'd fish for some advice:

Got a WP blog that's on a really old domain, that used to be ecommerce.
Ranking very well (page 1 and 2) for several keywords with 4-6000000 results. PR3 on homepage. Was on blogspot, migrated to WP 8 weeks ago.

Getting about 10k pageviews per month. On CJ, Webgains, Linkshare etc.

Actually being approached by pretty exclusive merchants, with closed programmes, with invitations to join, which is good. One of these merchants only uses around 20 affiliates, but sent us an invite, so the site and content must be OK.

Writing exclusive, knowledgeable (I think) content every couple of days, 200-500 words.

Got quite a few banners and links, site looks quite nice,
But..... I'm only netting around £600 per month. I want to be doing £2000 per month.

Willing to work my ass off.

WTF am I doing wrong?

Any help/guidance, even offers of services will be appreciated.

If your ranking is good (as you saying) than maybe you should work on conversions? Do some testing & changes (layout, improve navigation, call to action points, test different offers etc.) You might discover you can earn £2000 with the same traffic level. Good luck.

Sorry, 10K Uniques, 40K pageviews. Not a lot though, is it?

Missed this.

Do you have analytics installed? Multiple keywords ranking on page 1 for keywords with a million plus search volume, and still only 10K uniques per month? There is something wrong somewhere.

How did you get the search volume? Is it broad or phrase or exact?
How did you get the stats? GA?
