Advice on Transferring Website Ownership

I'm considering the purchase of a website in the $25k range. It's the first time I've bought an established website, so it seems a little foolish to be buying in this price range range, but the opportunity is too good to pass up. I know there are several good escrow services to handle the transfer of domains, but what about the transfer of the website data? The website is being hosted on a private server, so would it make more sense to include ownership of the server in the deal?

i would suggest u to keep the same host for some time. Let the seller set up everything for you on your server. Dont release the payment unless you are given everything as promised. I would ask for remote access for a $25k website and access to analytics as well.
