I'm interested in selling a group of 22 affiliate sites (same market/products) and would appreciate any advice re: best practices when dealing with potential buyers.
Current sites created July 2006.

$ 150.00 monthly expense (hosting, no PPC)
Barriers to entry:
- Limited merchants in market.
- Only our merchant has an affiliate program.
- Semi-exclusive affiliate contract with merchant. Prevents new small affiliates.
- No merchant in this market has a product feed. We built an automated product feed generator. Approx 10,000 products in feed.
Merchant has reliably paid on the first of the month for the previous month's commissions for 11 years.
