Advaliant/Media Trust Platform Down



When I posted this their tracking was down, but I just tried again and it seems back up. The platform is still down though. I wouldn't send any traffic to them until this is resolved.
 
We did a monthly update release last night to our platform, which is the reason you were not able to login last night (and was the messaging we showed). As for tracking, everything should have been okay and is looking fine today. I'll check into it some more with our tech team and let you know on the tracking side last night, but I haven't heard any other complaints!
 
Update: Tracking was down for 9 minutes from 8:01 to 8:10 pm (PST) during the upgrade. I'm told we'll be adding redundancy (with a load balancer in front of multiple tracking servers) this quarter to avoid this from happening again in future platform upgrades. If you were affected, sorry about the data loss last night. PM me if you have any questions or concerns.
