It's not available anymore. You might be able to go thru AFF directly though, but I think copeac's payout was higher.

AFF sucks. I wouldnt promote this shit in a million years. You have to give alot of volume to even make something decent.

There are plenty of other date programs that really pay well per signup, even free ones.

I can't say for sure whether the program sucks, but I can definitely say that all the people running their program are top notch. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt. Real nice peeps over there.
