Adsonar recommendations anyone?

I signed up with them about a week ago but the campaign I wanted to run with them went down, so now I'm stuck with around $300 of advertising credit with them. Instead of asking them for a refund (I don't even know if it's possible), I would like to try testing a different niche. Anybody here successful with adsonar? If so, which sections of the papers would you recommend? Any specific verticals?
 


I threw in some cash and got my ad's rejected.

ummm.. yeah. That's all I can add to this thread.
 
What is a normal CPC overthere? I set up and ad, bid $1 and got zero impressions. I didn't bother setting up something else because their interface sucks big time.
 
I hate to jack this thread, but it may end up being relevant to the poster if he does end up wanting his money back.

Does anybody happen to have a contact # for them? I couldn't seem to find one on their site and they aren't responding to my e-mails.
 
their service blows, I've made money with them but it's very tough to get a campaign running and stay running. Might want to call their parent company.
 
Their service does suck. The their CPC is pretty high and alot of their traffic is shit.

There is no way to correspond with them besides email. When your credit card gets billed, there is a phone number beside their name in your statement. I tried calling it once and it's a bogus number. Really stupid as I've sent numerous emails to them about billing and service etc and they never responded.
 
It seems that my best option is really getting my money back but if you've made it work, maybe I'll give it a shot. If you don't plan on working with them can you tell me which segment they worked out for you? Or feel free to tell me to f off. :ak:

I dunno what everyone is talking about. I use them, I profit with them. I guess some channels work better than others.

I have yet to have an issue with them so I would highly recommend them.
 
I would say stay away! I have $100 sitting in my account and my emails are never answered and like another poster said the only phone number I could find for them didn't work.

so why don't you push some traffic with the $100 and see what happens?
 
cpc is very high, i've made money with them but its very high cpc. contact info below

Ya, you can be one of their 50 identical "1 Flat Stomach Rule" ads on their sites and spend $1 per click doing it

I always thought that Ad copy sucked. I'm surprised so many people used that compared to coming up with something better.
