Adsense on transferred domains

I don't really want to ask this question of the google and I know no one really knows what goes on in their screwed up minds anyway. But maybe someone has some experience and can answer this.

I have a shit ton of domains that used to have G adsense on them. My adsense account got banned and, although still useful for other things, I can no longer put AS code on them, even if I managed to get a new account. I at least know they track that shit and would ban the new account... if I had one, that is... hehe.

So I'm wondering, if I sell some of these domains, or otherwise transfer them to someone else, what might happen if they put AS ads on them?

Do you get my gist? Anyone have any knowledge or experience with anything like this?

The buyer need to inform Adsense team about the new ownership cause they banned the domain, that's the same as website that was banned and sold

I've had google ban my domains before too, and as far as I know, no matter who owns that domain, it's fucked for life.

It if was only an account ban (not domain), set up a new LLC company and register for a new adsense account.

Thanks for the opinions. I guess I may never really know without actually contacting the google.

It wasn't the domains that were banned, my adsense account got cancelled. The domains still have sites on them and are listed and a few even rank well.

I would doubt it would be fucked for life to be honest.... Let's not forget, Google is an ICANN registrar, and they do have access to a shit ton of data on just about every domain in the world it seems. I would think that the same rule that they apply when a domain gets dropped or banned from the SERPs and then gets a new owner for the domain. Many people just think "oh well this one is fucked for good" and it's not. Although, you may be faced with some leg work like contacting the Google Evil Empire about the new acquisition and asking them "please unban me so I can re-spam the shit out of your crappy algorithms!" and of course they will oblige because most of their "support" staffers don't know what an algorithm is.
