I read that if you are banned for invalid clicks/impressions you won't receive your balance. I wasn't banned for invalid clicks but because I "was a significant risk to advertisers". Yeah I was arbi'ing the shit outta em and I made 500% of what I put in, but will I ever see this money?

They did allow arbi for awhile and even let the publishers know that they had to choose another business model within a month I think and they would still be paid, but this shit is over if they catch you! - So in answer to your question, no; no you won't get paid.
I know of some people that banned from Adsense for something similar. Even though they got booted from adsense, they still go to keep their earnings. Then again, this was over a year ago so things have probably changed now, but I guess there still might be a little hope.
I'm a newbie to adsense....what do you mean arbi'ing? and why doesn't google allow it? I'm trying to learn. Sorry...I was banned from another place, lost 5K....different reasons, but it still sucks...I feel your pain.
Not likely. It would be like your boss firing you for jacking off :love-smiley-086: in the supply closet at work but still paying you your salary for two more years.
