1.38 million results, not searches. "acne free way" (where you're #3 on google) has so low search volume its not tracked, and as far as i can tell youre not ranking on higher traffic terms at all.

You are right, #2 or #3 within 1.38 results without quote is not a remarkable. But with right seo (which I am doing now) and right promotion a site can earn a good bunch I think. What is your opinon?
