I remember this was discussed in some thread some months ago, but couldn't find it now. Anyway - a few of my arbi sites are now only displaying run-of-the-mill adsense generic ads for charity (like one full 300x250 "Hurricane Relief" unit) instead of the regular relevant ads.

The strange thing is that it seems to only affect some of my sites / some of the niches. Most other sites I have with other niches still show relevant ads.

To those of you who have had this happen: Why is this happening to only some of my sites, or even at all for that matter? (I thought it would happen account-wide).
Does this go away after a while and return to normal?

I appreciate any input on this. :bigear:

Those are PSA's, it can be a bunch of reasons (from the adsense help):
Your page may contain sensitive content for which relevant paying ads will not be displayed.
Your site has restricted access using a robots.txt exclusion
Your website is using session IDs in the URL
The AdSense ad code was placed within an IFRAME.
Your website is using frames.
Your web page may not contain enough content.
There are too many URLs added to your account filter list.

So one of those is most likely the culprit, there are other reasons it could show up but most of them are account wide.

I had something similar happen a while back. I tweaked the url with better targeted keywords and made sure I had h1 tags with the keywords. That did the trick.

Here is an example of my url.

old - domain.zxy/keyword/

new - domain.zxy/improved-keyword-targeting/and-more-keyword-targeting.html

Give it a try and see if it helps.
