Adsense Ads + Online Betting Ads? TOU Violation?

Hi guys,
As the name of the thread says, just a quick shoot.

I receive an offer from an online betting company to put some ads on my website (graphic ads)

Would that be a violation of Google Adsense TOU ?

I'm currently reading through the TOU, but I would I appreciate any inputs from someone with a similar ads setup.

I think they don't like to be in competition for clicks whit a betting company. If your site will be reviewed manually and they will see these ads your account will be banned .
