Adcenter Starts Billing Again

I havent run anything on my adcenter account for about 2.5 years and all of a sudden i see a $150 charge today from adcenter... Anybody else get this?

dont see any odd charges, but i run with them continuously and its always postpaid remember that.

They are still trying to get the old Yahoo billing system and the new MS system integrated with each other, I haven't been charged for my Yahoo ads by them in over a month, but the same MSN ads are charging every couple of days.
