All of my ADs stopped running in the last several days even though the status on Adcenter says "Active". So I decided to contact MSN Adcenter. Below is their e-mail response. When I called to ask for clarification, they said no Acai, Teeth Whitening, or "Free Trial" offers. So I asked, where can I goto to reference a list of to these prohibited products? Their response, not listed online but is implied in the e-mail below. Talk about being vague. Based on their reply, I would assume that I can promote these offers as long as I have the following "Free Trial - Limitation Applies" or "Free Trial - See Offer for Details" or simply not even mention Free Trial.
At this point, I don't think any new ads I put up will run without calling them to take a look at it first.

From the email I received I understand that it appears that none of the campaigns are running and you would like to know if there is something wrong with the account. I can see where this would be a concern and I will be happy to address this for you today.
We have identified a group of advertisers who are committing multiple violations of our Microsoft adCenter Editorial Guidelines, including guidelines for relevant keywords, relevant landing pages and/or duplicate ads. These actions manipulate the adCenter system and negatively affect the Bing user experience.
Your account has been identified in this group, and therefore your account has been paused and your ads are not running.
At Microsoft adCenter, our primary goal is to provide an effective advertising experience for our advertisers, as well as a relevant, positive experience for consumers seeking products, services, and content on Bing and the Microsoft content network. Because these consumers are your potential customers, it is important that you, the advertiser, give them a high-quality experience through your advertising.
Help make your ads and landing pages more relevant by following these guidelines:
1. Be sure that your landing page features substantial content that is related to your keywords.
2. Be sure that your ad demonstrates how your keywords relate to the product or service you provide.
3. Do not use offensive or inappropriate language.
4. Do not advertise illegitimate or illegal products or services.
5. Do not mislead or create the wrong impression with the user.
6. Do not use bait-and-switch strategies. For example, the keyword and ad are for bathing suits and the landing page resolves to an adult content page.
7. Be accurate, truthful, and specific.
·Ad content should provide a clear and accurate description of your website.
·Ad content should be as specific as possible; include keywords, if possible.
·The landing page should provide clear, direct access to content that is related to the keyword.
·Geographically targeted ads should include the targeted location within the ad.
Free Offers Guidelines:
Any free offer must comply with Federal Trade Commission Guide Concerning Use of the Word “Free” and similar Representations. Ad text may not be misleading or deceptive. The fine print available in Terms and Conditions may not contradict implications made in ad copy. For instance, the ad may not say “You Have Just Won a Computer,” while the Terms and Conditions specify additional requirements, such as the purchase of a monitor.
Ad text containing the word “free” must also contain an indication that terms and conditions apply, for instance, by including one of the following phrases: "See offer for details," "Limitations apply," “Enter to win for a chance to…,” etc.
If you do not require further assistance at this time, please reply to this email so I can complete your case documentation on my end. If you would like to work further on this issue, please reply with an updated summary of your situation so I can continue my investigation.
