Ad Placement Question

Im just wondering what works better for conversions? On one of my sites (wordpress blog) I have a spot on the right sidebar for ads, banners, etc. What is better, one or two vertical banners advertising one site or product. or doing like 10 or 15 smaller 120x60 ads, and stacking them on the site? All of the ads and banners are relative to the site. The site is GadgetGeekBlog.com any ideas or comments would be great.

One or two vertical banners are better to get your attanetion. Smaller 10 or 15 smaller 120x60 ads are good if you can sell the ads on a monthly basis.
