Ad Placement Help

I currently making an arbit site, but there's a problem....

I have one banner size ad across the top of my content

but when I try to add a skyscraper ad on the left side of my site...the banner ad would disappear, and vice-versa.

Are you using tables or css to set up the outline?

goddammit!!....I fuckin' gettin' pissed off!!...why can't I show to different ads on my page!! is there a certain code or html I have to implement to get this stupid fuckin' shit working!!

If any one has a clue please let me know!
(sorry had to vent, spent the whole fuckin' night tryin' to figure this shit out!)

I always get that when I work on my pages and view them on my computer.
Upload them to your domnain and look at them online.

That normally helps.

UPDATE:

IT FUCKIN' WORKS!! Thanks guys!!...don't know why the site has to be live to get the ads to show up....but I'm happy with my new layout (not the one you see up there) hopefully this new layout will give me a better CTR...
