Ad Network Recommendations!

Hey, right basically i'm looking for some recommendations on ad networks. Large site will be opening soon and at first the primary advert will be in the 300x250 format, visible on every page.

We won't be using adsense or ypn. I know there are plenty of ad networks to choose from but having not used any before i'm looking for guidance as to which are considered the best.

If it's any help the site will have video related content.

I think many here would tell you: Azoogle, Copeac, Maxbounty, Millnic are a few of the top.

I think he's going for CPM networks, if thats the case, casalemedia.com, tribalfusion.com and valueclickmedia.com are one of the top networks.
