Hey guys, I own a .net to a term I just found out was trademarked. Our company has a totally different intention than the .com TLD. We also noticed the .com TLD is TM'd for a magazine title. The other thing is that this site and all things related to this "magazine" appear to be abandoned back in 2008.
Does this mean I am safe if the TM is only for a magazine title and the project appears to be abandoned to use this for our own target? I want the .com as well, is it dumb to contact them asking if they are willing to sell it even though they have it TM'd?
