First, let me start off by saying that I am heavily involved in affiliate marketing to say the least. Not only do I promote several different very high revenue campaigns, but also own a local ppc firm, and am on the brink of launching a major company within the next month (hint: we have a booth at ASW).
I have recently split ways with one of my affiliate marketing partners (strictly personal reasons), and pretty much am left with a variety of workload intensive projects that have a ton of potential to expand. The only problem is that I am so heavily involved in my other companies that I do not have enough time in the day to expand my own personal search marketing efforts, and am losing sure money because of it. I already have a full time designer, and programming team on staff, but I have all their time allocated towards other projects (yes we are really that damn busy!).
With all of this being said, I am looking for an extremely dedicated programmer/coder to team up with, give it their all, and reap the benefits of joining a very experienced internet marketing team. I consider myself a very intelligent person that sniffs right through the bullshit. I need someone who can think on their own, generate their own ideas, and actually bring something extremely valuable to my team. You must consider yourself a PHP expert with years of experience to prove it, and have an entrepreneurial state of mind. I also require that you consider yourself with intermediate knowledge within the internet marketing realm. You must have atleast ran a few CPA Campaigns within the past year, and you damn well better know all about the popular affiliate networks. I am looking for an absolute coding prodigy, that never says something cant be done.
Trust is a huge issue here. I have tried to pay guys per hour in the past, and in almost every single case, the guys i have hired cared about their pay more than their quality of work, and has effected the efficiency of my team. This is why I am willing to work with revenue share. You will get paid based on performance, and if your performance actually helps our team succeed, you will make a shitload of money, much more than you would ever make working per hour (seriously...) On top of this, if you haven't quite figured out what it takes to hit a monster campaign and then proceed to scale up like a mother fucker, then you are in luck because I consider this my forte so to speak. My team collaborates everyday, and you will ultimately become a part of everything we do.
I have gone above and beyond looking for that perfect person. I have posted on all the major job sites, interviewed dozens of people, and even dealt with recruiters. Being said, I will not settle for someone average, and if that person does not exist, I will move forward as is until someone comes along.
If you feel you are passionate, dedicated and extremely determined to be living life the way you always imagined then shoot me a PM or hit me up on AIM at BevoRyan. I will say that I will not be fast on this decision, and would never give anyone revenue share opportunities on my projects/campaigns until I am 100% positive that they are the real deal, so this may take sometime. But if your down to take a risk, and make something of yourself, lets talk more.
