A good short domain name for MFA type subdomain sites

Can anyone give me any pointers for registering a domain name. It's going to be used for many, many mini-sites on the subdomains so it has to be short and catchy.

I wanted something like db7 or something (cos of my name) but obviously that's taken. What would be the best-ish thing to choose?
