A decent list of stock photography sites



Nice, heckuva list.

I use Depositphotos with a fallback on iStock.

Stopped bothering with the "free" sites a long time a go. Used to spend an hour sifting through piles of crap just to find something half-usable and then it occurred to me, what the hell am I doing to save maybe a dollar. Now it just takes a me a few minutes to grab exactly what I need and edit it ready to go.
 
Nice article. Crestock is good/cheap. They just stopped selling celeb photos though.

I hate the subscriptions cause I always forget to download beyond what I need right then and there. I'll end up with 20 images for $299 or whatever. appsumo.com has had some great offers on credit packs for depositphotos for 150 images for $75 with no expiry. 1 credit = 1 high res file. I bought 2 of them and still have 200 credits there. The deal isn't on right now but pops up every few months. Sign up for appsumo.com and mightydeals.com offers and you'll be sure to see it next time it comes around. Plus they both have lots of other cool shit that's really useful.
 
Thanks for sharing. It will be really helpful. Earlier I was using deposite photos and it was increasing my cost.
