7search and searchfeed, demographics?

I want to give these two a try, however can I filter traffic to US only like on the tier1 ppcs? If not, how much % is usually U.S.? Non US traffic is useless too me.

Searchfeed allows country targetting, all of my campaigns are currently targetted towards the US/Canada. I haven't found a way to do it with 7search yet...

You can't geo-target with 7Search which is a huge negative.
