The point is to not use these as is.

It is a corporate bundle and most, if not all elements are easily modifiable.

It includes audio music that can be usable if you're in the media business.

It includes video templates which are a lifesaver if you're into the corporate business game.

It includes usage rights to 15 stock photos.

It includes Zozo tabs (Which are fucking awesome) and other UI elements along with a contact form.

It includes some brilliant wordpress and regular templates.

It includes some great design elements.

If you don't have any use of the above, you're in the wrong thread.

Also, now I know why that ginormous red bar under your name is justified.

I love these bundles. But, don't think you are getting a sweet theme for a steal. You will have to buy the full one in order to update it in most cases. But the templates and graphics are great. Especially, for $20
