2nd Wordpress Search Results Template?

Alright.

So I figured out you can setup Wordpress to search only 1-2 categories instead of the entire site at once.

Great!

But...

My question is, would it be possible to run 2 different search templates?

My site has a ton of different designs/sections for categories/posts/etc, and using a "single" search template would really screw things up.
