First post here, so please be easy. I posted this in the newbie section but no replies so for.

I have an ebay store that I've ran for 3+ yrs and have made a database of all the emails from past buyers... 20,000+

I can categorize them into electronics, and home/kitchen. I am just getting my feet wet in affiliate marketing and wanted to know from some of the pros, what is the best way to capitalize on all these emails from past sales?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Tim

1)Print out list
2)Cut list into small squares
3) Fill each square with heroin.
4)Sell the list.

These people aren't going to offer you help because you're new. I don't understand why everyone feels the need to be a dick around here, but I'm going to help you out.

The first thing you're going to want to do is separate the emails you have by what they bought. Someone buying electronics isn't going to be interested in the same emails that you would send someone who bought housewares.

After that you're going to need to decide on how you're going to want to monetize your list. Do you want to sell more stuff on eBay to these people or are you going to send them affiliate offers?

Once you figure that out the next step is simple. Sign up for a mailing program because you're not going to be able to send that many emails out on your own. I would recommend using Aweber. It's a great service. Good luck to you!!!

Thank you very much!

If you don't have any experience you're probably better off working with a company like kingmonetizer.com who can monetize your data and just cut you a check.

Most likely you will fuck up and chase your customers away and end up sending weekly emails to their spam folder, sell the list for a good chunk of money to someone who knows what they are doing and has experience in doing it.

Appreciate the info, glad I posted because I had no idea something like this even exists. I could sell them a new email list of people fairly often as I receive about 1000 emails addresses every month.

Would I be able to target my email list first, and after I blasted them a few times with some targeted products relating to their original purchase follow up by selling the list to a site like kingmonetizer?

Ok, Kingmonetizer.com officially does not want any business lol. I've called 3x today to ask about their service, once at 8am, again at 3pm, and just now at 6pm. Each time I'm told I'll get a call back.... and nothing.... Any other sites similar to kingmonetizer that anyone has used and would recommend?

You can use various tools, such as Aweber to send out the mail.

You can filter your list out to what suits your target market, and then direct them to a website maybe with a discounted price to a certain product + content lock that page and make double the $$.

When I say double, you make money from content locking and also money if they then go ahead and buy the product.
