In probability theory, the law of large numbers (LLN) is a theorem that describes the result of performing the same experiment a large number of times. According to the law, the average of the results obtained from a large number of trials should be close to the expected value, and will tend to become closer as more trials are performed.
Like posted previously, you better love math. Whichever niche you pick, understand the numbers first!!
1. Average Profit Per Sale
2. Divide your annual income GOAL by this number to get X.
3. Divide X by 365 and you get Y.
4. Know your conversion ratio.
5. Take Y and divide it by conversion ratio as a percentage to get Z.
X is the number of sales you need, Y is the number of sales EACH DAY (average), Z is the number of traffic hits you need to average EACH DAY!
If you don't know your XYZ, you're HISTORY!
But knowing your XYZ does more for you. It should show you if your expectations are real. It should show you how much work you've got to do. It should show you if you're even in the right market!
$100,000 goal.
$2 per sale.
2% conversion rate.
By going through XYZ, you're realize this:
You better make 50,000 sales this year.
That's 137 DAILY.
This requires 6,849 people on your site each and every single day.
Basic sales concept.

Drive Traffic.
